Additionally, the official digital portal is often restricted to local IPs, making remote compliance nearly impossible.

      Can I file the RAV 129 permit entirely online?
      No. While some documents can be emailed, Venezuelan regulations (RAV 129) strictly require the physical submission of a compliant file (“Carpeta Marrón”) with specific labeling formats (Arial 20, 7x14cm labels) at the INAC headquarters in Caracas. Flight Access handles this physical logistics for you.
      How far in advance must I register my crew?
      Crew incorporation requests must be submitted to the Aeronautical Authority at least three (3) days prior to the proposed operation date. Failure to do so may result in ramp delays or entry denial.
      My aircraft is RVSM approved in the US/EU. Do I need local validation?
      Yes. Foreign operators must validate their RVSM approval with INAC. This requires submitting a specific application folder containing your State of Registry approval, avionics data plate photos, and proof of hexagonal codes.
      What is the validity of the operational permits?
      Depending on your operational frequency, we can process either a 90-day continuous permit or a 1-year annual permit. Both require valid insurance explicitly covering Venezuelan territory.
